After many years in the corporate world, Glenn traded the boardroom for the bar and started Whiskey N Wine, a business built around his love of great drinks, good company and bringing people together. He had our vintage bar van purpose-built from the ground up, with every detail designed for style and seamless service.
Glenn brings a lifetime of experience, a calm hand and genuine care to every event. Every interaction is honest, every cocktail is spot-on, and every client feels looked after from first contact to final drinks.

Meet Braydon
Braydon is our best barista and the heart of our coffee van. Whether there’s a queue out the door at a pre-dawn start or a rush of espresso martinis on the dance floor, he never gets flustered. He just keeps the coffees coming. With a bubbly, friendly personality that everyone loves, he makes every order feel like a catch-up with a mate.
