Our packages start at $600 for a 3-hour barista coffee service and $1,300 for a 4-hour bar service. Most weddings choose our Silver ($1,850, 5 hours) or Gold ($2,600, 7 hours, including 4 cocktails). Every event is different, so we send a detailed personalised quote.

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The balance is due 14 days before your event. Bookings made within 14 days of the event are paid in full at the time of booking.

We invoice you directly and you pay by bank transfer. Your deposit invoice is issued once you accept your quote.

Events within 50 km of Maroochydore (most of the Sunshine Coast, including Noosa, Caloundra and much of the hinterland) have no travel fee. Beyond that (for example Gympie, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Toowoomba or Maryborough), a travel fee is itemised on your quote.

As early as you can, especially for Saturday weddings in spring and summer. Once you accept your quote and pay the deposit, your date is locked in.

Final guest numbers are due 10 days before your event.

We are not licensed to sell alcohol, so you buy the drinks and we serve them. To make it easy, use our free drinks calculator to build your shopping list, then order and pay for your drinks with your bottle shop. We can pick them up for you before the event and have them chilled and ready.

As a guide, guests have about two drinks in the first hour, one drink an hour for the next three hours, then about one every two hours, so a 5-hour reception with 100 guests needs around 550 drinks. A typical split is 40% beer, 35% wine and 25% cocktails and spirits, plus some non-alcoholic options. Yes. Once you have your shopping list, order and pay for your drinks with your bottle shop (a click and collect order works well) and we will collect them before your event, bring them to the venue and have them chilled and ready to pour. Drinks pick-up is $100. Just let us know when you book and we will add it to your quote.

We have 2 x 3-door under-bench bar fridges. Kegs do not need to be cooled. We also bring ice for ice buckets, and we’ll talk through any extra cooling you need while planning your event.

Absolutely. The Gold package includes 4 cocktails of your choice, and cocktails can be added to any package. We can also design a custom menu to match your theme.

Yes. Our van has a commercial espresso machine and our team completed master barista training at First Batch Coffee. Book our Coffee package on its own, or add coffee and espresso martinis to a bar package.

Yes. All staff serving alcohol hold current RSA certification. We follow Queensland liquor laws, so we refuse service to intoxicated guests and never serve anyone underage. Food must be available while alcohol is served.

We hold a food licence and can add snacks, toasties and light food. Ask us when you request your quote.

Glassware is included in our bar packages. A refundable $150 glassware bond applies, and lost or broken glasses are charged at $4 each. Single-use cups are available where glass isn’t suitable.

Our mobile bar is 2.6 m high, 2.6 m wide and 5.8 m long including the draw bar. We need parking close to the set-up spot, clear access to manoeuvre, level stable ground and access 3 hours before your event. We will never park illegally.

Yes, we need 3 standard power points near the set-up area (we can’t run off double adaptors). If there’s no power, we can bring a generator at an additional cost.

We still show up and still deliver great service. Please make sure guests have shelter (rain cover and shade) for outdoor events. We can’t offer refunds for bad weather, and we’ll talk through wet-weather options while planning.

Yes! You’re welcome to style the van with your own décor, florals or props. It’s your event and we’ll help you achieve the look you want.

Events in public places may need a council permit, which you’ll need to arrange. We can supply our van dimensions and insurance details for your application.

Yes. We hold public liability insurance covering you and your guests, and can provide a copy on request.
