From beachfront ceremonies in Noosa to hilltop receptions in Maleny and Montville, Sunshine Coast weddings are often held at venues with no bar at all. Our fully self-contained vintage van solves that beautifully and becomes a feature of your styling and your photos.

You supply the drinks (often a big saving compared with venue bar packages), and we handle everything else: bartenders, glassware, ice, garnishes, set-up and pack-down. We can even pick up your drinks order beforehand (just $100) and have it chilled and ready.

How much alcohol do we need?

Guests have about two drinks in the first hour, one an hour for the next three hours, then about one every two hours, so a 5-hour reception with 100 guests needs around 550 drinks: roughly 40% beer, 35% wine and 25% cocktails and spirits, plus non-alcoholic options.

Build your shopping list

Outdoor & hinterland venues

We need level ground, three power points (or a generator) and access 3 hours before guests arrive. Please provide shelter for guests in case of rain or heat.

Securing your date

Accept your quote and pay a 50% deposit by bank transfer to lock in your date. The balance is due 14 days before the wedding.
