Cancellation by the Client

All deposits are non‑refundable for change‑of‑mind cancellations.
A cancellation is effective once written notice is received.

Cancellation fees:

Within 7 days of the event or if safe setup is obstructed: 100% of the total fee

Cancellation by Whiskey N Wine

If Whiskey N Wine cancels your booking, you may:

Transfer payments to a new date, or

Receive a full refund
